Cindy Owens
Director
Serving PLC since 2002, Ms. Cindy brings nearly 25 years of hands-on experience in early childhood care and education. A U.S. Air Force veteran, she combines structure and discipline with genuine warmth, creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and truly at home.
She is deeply involved in the day-to-day life of the center, building strong relationships with both children and families, and ensuring every classroom maintains the highest standards of care. Parents trust Ms. Cindy for her consistency, attention to detail, and her ability to create a dependable, nurturing space where children can grow with confidence.

Assistant Director
A longtime Wylie resident and mother, Ms. Mindy is known for her calm, nurturing presence. She leads curriculum and nutrition, supporting both the emotional and physical well-being of every child.
